In 2022 and in partnership with some of TPUSA’s most generous supporters, Turning Point USA launched the Wayne Duddlesten Foundation Travel Stipend to offer the incredible opportunity for young, conservative Texas students to attend AmericaFest in Phoenix, Arizona. This travel stipend covers student costs associated with attending AmFest, including a General Admission event ticket, hotel lodging, and reimbursement for travel costs.
*This travel stipend does not cover the cost of food or transportation to and from AmericaFest.
Turning Point USA has earned the reputation of being the premier brand in events for young conservative activists, attracting students from all across the country. TPUSA events provide a place for young people to realize that they are not alone in their conservative values, but rather, have an army of like-minded peers across the nation.
This December 16–19, in Phoenix, Arizona, Turning Point USA is proud to host our third annual AMERICAFEST. This four-day event is set to be the largest celebration of our constitutional rights and freedoms – featuring the best and brightest speakers in the country, dozens of like-minded sponsoring organizations, thousands of freedom-loving patriots, and musical talent with a number of very special concerts. As our events and organization continue to grow, we are so excited to bring this experience of a lifetime to Phoenix once again. We welcome all ages, and all walks of life, and are thrilled to celebrate the greatest country with you- the United States of America. AmericaFest established itself as an event, unlike the movement, has ever seen by creating an experience that breaks the traditional norms of a political conference as we continue to bridge the gap between politics and entertainment to win America’s culture war.
- The applicant MUST be 16 years of age or older by the time of the event.
- Applicant MUST be a student who is actively attending a high school, home school, or a university in the state of Texas OR whose home state is/was Texas.
- The applicant must demonstrate conservative values, activism, and leadership.

- Please complete the form below to submit your official TPUSA Wayne Duddlesten Foundation Travel Stipend application. Applications elsewhere will not be considered.
- All recipients will be notified by email by the TPUSA Scholarship Team.
- If you are accepted for this travel stipend, you will be sent an acceptance email with the proper steps on how to register for AmericaFest.
- Applications will not be considered if submitted after November 28th, 2023.
